sec.18 Definition for subdivision
In this subdivision— authorised technique , in relation to ground distribution, means— a stem injection; or cut stump treatment, frill ringing or basal bark treatment carried out not less than 100m from a crop that— is not on a property owned by the person for whom the treatment is carried out; and is susceptible to damage from the treatment.
- (a) a stem injection; or
- (b) cut stump treatment, frill ringing or basal bark treatment carried out not less than 100m from a crop that— (i) is not on a property owned by the person for whom the treatment is carried out; and (ii) is susceptible to damage from the treatment.
- (i) is not on a property owned by the person for whom the treatment is carried out; and
- (ii) is susceptible to damage from the treatment.
- (i) is not on a property owned by the person for whom the treatment is carried out; and
- (ii) is susceptible to damage from the treatment.
