sec.13 Register— Act , s 24
For section 24 (1) of the Act , the manner prescribed is in electronic form. For section 24 (1) of the Act , the following particulars are prescribed for each licensee— the licensee’s name; the licensee’s suburb; the number of the licence; the type of licence; the date the licence commences; the date the licence expires. The standards officer may also enter other particulars in the register that the standards officer thinks are appropriate. (sec.13-ssec.1) For section 24 (1) of the Act , the manner prescribed is in electronic form.
