sec.11 Information notice for decision of standards officer to suspend licence— Act , s 20
This section applies if the standards officer decides, under section 20 of the Act , to suspend a licence. The standards officer must, as soon as practical after the decision is made, give the holder of the licence an information notice for the decision.
