39 Regulations with respect to spraying equipment
The Governor may make regulations for or with respect to regulating equipment used or to be used for the purpose of agricultural spraying including but not limited to regulations prescribing –
(a) specifications for the equipment; and
(b) testing of the equipment; and
(c) maintenance of the equipment.
