13 Reports, &c.
(1) The Council is to give to the Minister such information and reports relating to its functions and powers as the Minister requires or as it considers appropriate.
(2) [Section 13 Subsection (2) amended by No. 8 of 2003, Sched. 2, Applied:15 Oct 2003] If the Minister receives any information or report from the Council, the Minister is to give a copy of the information or report to the Minister administering the Food Act 2003 and the Minister administering the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 .
