In this determination: non-active constituent means any constituent of a registered chemical product other than an active constituent. Note: Words and expressions used in this Determination have the same meaning as in the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code as scheduled to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994 and the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Regulations 1995.
