This Determination authorises a straight swap of one non-active surfactant (Tersperse 4896) for another (Tersperse 4894) in registered chemical products where the product is a suspension or flowable concentrate and the concentration stays the same. It affects product registrants and manufacturers because it permits a formulation change without altering the registration, subject to the specified conditions, and therefore changes how firms must verify compliance before substituting the constituent.
