#### 58 Resolving disagreements between Tribunal members 2 members (1) If 2 members constitute the Tribunal for the purposes of a proceeding and they do not agree about any matter, the view of the presiding member prevails. 3 members (2) If 3 members constitute the Tribunal for the purposes of a proceeding and they do not agree about any matter: (a) if the majority agree—the view of the majority prevails; or (b) in any other case—the view of the presiding member prevails.
