51Tribunal to be accessible

#### 51 Tribunal to be accessible (1) As far as practicable, the Tribunal must conduct each proceeding in the Tribunal in a way that is accessible for the parties to the proceeding, taking into account the needs of the parties. (2) Subsection (1) is subject to this Act and the rules.
