#### 290 Giving documents (1) A document or thing that is required or permitted by this Act or any other law to be produced or given to the Tribunal must be produced or given in accordance with the requirements (if any) in: (a) the practice directions; and (b) the rules. (2) A document or thing that is required or permitted by this Act or any other law to be produced or given to a person for the purposes of a proceeding in the Tribunal must be produced or given in accordance with the requirements (if any) in: (a) the practice directions; and (b) the rules.
