#### 288 Tribunal may give advisory opinion If another Act or an instrument made under an Act so provides, the Tribunal may give an advisory opinion on a matter or question referred to it in accordance with the Act or instrument and, for the purpose of giving such an opinion, the Tribunal may hold such hearings and inform itself in such manner as it considers appropriate.
