#### 244 Proceedings arising out of management of Tribunal Any judicial or other proceeding relating to a matter arising out of the management of the administrative affairs of the Tribunal, including any proceeding relating to anything done by the President or the Principal Registrar under Divisions 4 to 7, may be instituted by or against the Commonwealth.
