#### 138 Limits on who can apply for certain reviews When this section applies (1) This section applies in relation to an intelligence and security decision, other than an exempt security record decision. Persons who can apply for review (2) Section 17 (who can apply) does not apply in relation to the decision. > Note: The persons who may apply for review of these decisions are specified in the Acts under which the decisions are made.
