#### 131K Parties to proceeding (1) The parties to a proceeding for second review include the persons who were parties to the proceeding for review of the related eligible social services decision. (2) However, subsection (1) has effect subject to: (a) section 65 (certain parties may seek to withdraw from being a party); and (b) section 83 (Tribunal may remove party from proceeding if party fails to appear or does not comply).
