#### 119 Offence—breach of non‑publication or non‑disclosure order A person commits an offence if: (a) the person engages in conduct; and (b) the conduct contravenes an order under section 70 (Tribunal may restrict publication or disclosure of information) or subsection 157(3) (orders restricting publication or disclosure of findings). Penalty: Imprisonment for 12 months or 60 penalty units, or both.
