> The following provisions of the [Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-002) are taken to apply for the purposes of this Act in the same way as they apply for the purposes of the [Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-002):

> > (b) section 67 (Privileged documents).
