#### 39 Interlocutory matters 39 Interlocutory matters > > (1) Section 24A (as inserted by the amending Act) extends to proceedings that were pending before (but not yet heard by) the Tribunal immediately before the commencement of that section. > > > (2) Section 113 (2A)–(2C) (as inserted by the amending Act) do not apply to the following: > > > > > (a) any right to appeal to an Appeal Panel that had accrued (but not been exercised) before the date on which those subsections commenced, > > > > > (b) any appeal to an Appeal Panel that was pending before the Panel immediately before the date on which those subsections commenced.
