#### 19 Pending court proceedings 19 Pending court proceedings > > (1) This clause applies to proceedings before a court that: > > > > > (a) were instituted before the commencement of any relevant amendment, and > > > > > (b) have not been finally determined by the court before that commencement. > > > (2) Proceedings to which this clause applies are to be determined as if this Act and the amending Act had not been enacted. > > > (3) Accordingly, any rules, regulations or other law that would have been applicable to the proceedings had this Act and the amending Act not been enacted continue to apply to the proceedings as if neither Act had been enacted. > > > (4) In this clause: > > > > court includes any tribunal, person or body authorised to determine any appeal. > > > > relevant amendment means an amendment made to another Act by the amending Act the effect of which is to confer jurisdiction on the ADT to determine any matter that, immediately before the commencement of that amendment, could have been determined by the court concerned.
