#### 16 Expiration of current period 16 Expiration of current period > If, for any purpose, time had commenced to run under a provision of another Act in relation to an abolished body before, but had not expired before, the commencement of the relevant amending Schedule, it expires for the corresponding purpose under that Act (as amended by the relevant amending Schedule) or this Act, as the case may be, at the time at which it would have expired if the provision had not been amended by the relevant amending Schedule.
