Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

What this is: A safety order (called an Airworthiness Directive) requiring owners of specific Cessna aeroplanes to move a fuel pressure switch to a new location.

Who it affects: Owners and operators of Cessna 320F model aircraft with serial numbers 320F0025 through 320F0045 (a limited production batch of 20 aircraft).

What you must do: Relocate the fuel pressure switch according to the technical instructions in Cessna Service Letter ME68-18. This is a physical modification to the aircraft's fuel system.

By when: Complete the work within 100 hours of flight time (time in service) after 28 November 1968.

Why it matters: This prevents potential fuel system malfunctions that could cause engine failure or fuel starvation during flight, ensuring the pressure switch operates safely in its new position.
