Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This Airworthiness Directive requires owners and operators of non‑turbocharged Cessna 206 series aeroplanes to inspect the alternator earth lead within the next 100 hours time‑in‑service from 29 February 1972.

You must verify the lead is fitted, in good, undamaged condition, and securely attached — because a missing, corroded or loose earth lead can cause electrical failures that threaten instruments, comms and flight safety.
