Applicability: All models 188 and A188 with S/Nos. 188-0001 to 188-02348 not modified by the fitment of later P/N inboard, centre and outboard hinge including fitment of shim P/N 1620089-1 to centre hinge.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Rex Aviation Tech. Memo No. TM21. Compliance: At intervals not exceeding 100 hours time in service.
