This Amendment becomes effective on 23 December 2004.

Background: During rapid descent, vibrations were observed in the aileron system of a CAP10C aircraft. Replacing the aileron bellcrank bolts together with the washers installed between the brackets will reduce the play and the resultant vibrations in the control system.

This AD addresses the identified unsafe condition associated with the vibrations in the control system.

The original issue of this AD becomes effective on 23 December 2004.
