Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This Airworthiness Directive requires replacement of the aileron bellcrank pivot bolts on specified APEX CAP10B aeroplanes (defined serial numbers and wing modification) using APEX Service Bulletin 031101 or an approved later revision. Work must be completed within 50 flight hours. The AD says this will reduce play and vibrations in the aileron system after rapid descent. Owners/operators bear the parts and maintenance cost; compliance depends on availability of approved parts and service instructions.
