Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This directive requires owners/operators of Beechcraft 95 (Travelair) airplanes fitted with front seat belts per Civil Flying Services Drawing CF1010 to upgrade the front-seat upper-torso (shoulder) restraints to an approved standard. Compliance can be by a Secretary‑approved modification or by following Molyneux Drawing MAD 1048 (automatically acceptable). The change is mandated because CF1010 approval was withdrawn; complete within 100 flight hours after 31 Dec 1976.
