Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This AD requires owners/operators of Beechcraft Bonanza Models 36 and A36 (S/N E‑1 to E‑240) with propeller governors not modified per Woodward SB No. 33535 to inspect and correct the propeller governor control linkage per Beechcraft Service Instruction 0401‑254 Rev 1. Initial inspection is due within 25 flight hours after 25 Feb 1972 (or 100 hours if previously inspected under the earlier directive) and must be repeated every 100 flight hours. It prevents linkage defects that could compromise engine power control and flight safety.
