This document cancels an old aviation safety inspection rule for Beechcraft 200 (Super King Air) aeroplanes.

Background: In 1995, the Civil Aviation Safety Authority issued a directive requiring inspection of the right-hand landing gear actuator pivot mounting on these aircraft. The deadline for this inspection was 30 June 1995.

What this does: This instrument officially cancels that old directive as of 10 April 2008. Because all affected aircraft had to complete the inspection over a decade earlier, the authority determined the unsafe condition no longer exists and the rule is obsolete.

Impact: This imposes no new requirements on aircraft owners or operators. It simply removes an expired rule from the books.
