Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This rule requires three physical modifications to Gulfstream AA-1A aircraft before they can be certified as airworthy, affecting owners, operators, and maintainers of that model.

It mandates visible placards for flight‑manual location and a no‑smoking warning for takeoff/landing/refuelling, plus tethered fuel‑tank caps — measures intended to reduce documentation delays, fire risk, and fuel‑system losses.
