sec.70 Amendment of claim
A claim under this Act may be amended with the leave of the Land Tribunal. If a claim is amended to include land that was not claimed in the original claim, section 62 applies as if a separate claim had been made for that land and the claim had been referred to the tribunal. s 70 prev s 70 om 2011 No. 26 s 54 (sec.70-ssec.1) A claim under this Act may be amended with the leave of the Land Tribunal.
