sec.59 How claim is to be made

A claim under this Act must— be made by written application to the chief executive; and be in the appropriate form made available by the chief executive; and include— a description of the land claimed and a map showing clearly the location of the land; and a statement of the ground on which the claim is made; and a description of the group of Aboriginal people making the claim; and a statement of the responsibilities in relation to the land that the claimants agree to assume if the land is granted because of the claim. s 59 amd 2011 No. 26 s 42
