sec.34 Land to which pt 3 applies
This part applies to the following land— available State land; land dedicated as a reserve under the Land Act ; a stock route; land subject to an occupation licence; land held under a lease under the Land Act by or for Aboriginal people. s 34 ins 2008 No. 29 s 15
- (a) available State land;
- (b) land dedicated as a reserve under the Land Act ;
