In this division— commencement means the commencement of this section. pre-amended Act means this Act as in force before its amendment by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land (Providing Freehold) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2014 , section 12 . s 307 prev s 307 ins 2011 No. 26 s 90 exp 10 September 2011 (see s 307) pres s 307 ins 2014 No. 45 s 25
