sec.301 Interests in Aboriginal land continue
If Aboriginal land was, immediately before the commencement, subject to an interest granted or otherwise created under section 50 or 76 as in force before the commencement, the interest continues in force. s 301 ins 2008 No. 29 s 59 amd 2013 No. 23 s 352 sch 1 pt 1
