sec.289 Register of particular declarations
The chief executive must keep a register of declarations made by the Minister under the following sections— section 10 (1) (c) ; section 12 (1) ; section 27 (1) ; section 28 (2) ; section 55 (1) or (2) ; section 82 (1) or (4) ; section 258 (2) . The register may be kept in a way the chief executive considers appropriate, including, for example, in electronic form.
