sec.280 Notice of appeal
A person who appeals against a decision under this part must give a copy of the notice of appeal to— for a decision mentioned in section 277 (1) , (2) , (3) or (4) —the decision-maker; or for a decision mentioned in section 277 (5) —the decision-maker and the land trust. s 280 ins 2011 No. 26 s 78 amd 2014 No. 45 s 22
- (a) for a decision mentioned in section 277 (1) , (2) , (3) or (4) —the decision-maker; or
- (b) for a decision mentioned in section 277 (5) —the decision-maker and the land trust.
