sec.19 Notice about declarations—trustee
As soon as practicable after a declaration that relevant land is not transferable land is made, the chief executive must give the trustee of the land notice of the declaration. s 19 ins 2008 No. 29 s 13 amd 2013 No. 23 s 352 sch 1 pt 1
