sec.181 Application of pt 14
If, in relation to the mortgaging of a lease over Aboriginal land, there is an inconsistency between a provision of this part and the Land Title Act , part 6 , division 3 , or the Property Law Act 2023 , the provision of this part prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. s 181 ins 2008 No. 29 s 44 sub 2011 No. 26 s 66 amd 2023 No. 27 s 289 sch 3
