sec.180 Definitions for pt 14
lease means a part 10 lease, other than a townsite lease. s 180 def lease sub 2014 No. 45 s 14 lessor means— for a lease granted under a townsite lease—the lessee of the townsite lease; or for another lease—the trustee of the lease land. s 180 def lessor sub 2014 No. 45 s 14 s 180 ins 2011 No. 26 s 66
