sec.15 Definition for div 4
In this division— relevant land means the following land, or a part of the land— DOGIT land; Aboriginal reserve land, other than land declared by the Minister for section 12 . s 15 ins 2008 No. 29 s 13 s 15 def relevant land amd 2014 No. 45 s 58 sch 1 pt 2 ; 2019 No. 17 s 12
