sec.143 Unclaimed amount
If the lessor can not find the person entitled to receive the required amount, or the person does not collect the amount from the lessor within 9 years after the day the lease is forfeited or not renewed, the required amount is forfeited to the lessor. s 143 ins 2011 No. 26 s 61 amd 2013 No. 23 s 352 sch 1 pt 1 sub 2014 No. 45 s 12
