sec.125 Lease etc. to be registered
The lessee of a part 10 lease must register the lease and an amendment, surrender or transfer of the lease. Despite the Land Title Act , section 65 (2) , an instrument of lease for Aboriginal land must include a plan of survey identifying the lease land. Subsection (2) does not apply to a lease entered into only in relation to an area completely within a building. s 125 ins 2011 No. 26 s 61 sub 2014 No. 45 s 12
