sec.121 Grant of lease by lessee of townsite lease
The lessee of a townsite lease may grant a lease for not more than 99 years over all or a part of the lease land. Without limiting subsection (1) , the lessee of a townsite lease may grant a lease (also a home ownership lease ) over all or a part of the lease land for 99 years to any of the following for residential use— an Aboriginal person; a person who is not an Aboriginal person if— the person is the spouse or former spouse of— a person mentioned in paragraph (a) ; or a person mentioned in paragraph (a) who is deceased; or the lease supports another part 10 lease granted to the person. s 121 ins 2011 No. 26 s 61 sub 2014 No. 45 s 12 (sec.121-ssec.1) The lessee of a townsite lease may grant a lease for not more than 99 years over all or a part of the lease land. (sec.121-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , the lessee of a townsite lease may grant a lease (also a home ownership lease ) over all or a part of the lease land for 99 years to any of the following for residential use— an Aboriginal person; a person who is not an Aboriginal person if— the person is the spouse or former spouse of— a person mentioned in paragraph (a) ; or a person mentioned in paragraph (a) who is deceased; or the lease supports another part 10 lease granted to the person.
- (a) an Aboriginal person;
- (b) a person who is not an Aboriginal person if— (i) the person is the spouse or former spouse of— (A) a person mentioned in paragraph (a) ; or (B) a person mentioned in paragraph (a) who is deceased; or (ii) the lease supports another part 10 lease granted to the person.
- (i) the person is the spouse or former spouse of— (A) a person mentioned in paragraph (a) ; or (B) a person mentioned in paragraph (a) who is deceased; or
- (A) a person mentioned in paragraph (a) ; or
- (B) a person mentioned in paragraph (a) who is deceased; or
- (ii) the lease supports another part 10 lease granted to the person.
- (i) the person is the spouse or former spouse of— (A) a person mentioned in paragraph (a) ; or (B) a person mentioned in paragraph (a) who is deceased; or
- (A) a person mentioned in paragraph (a) ; or
- (B) a person mentioned in paragraph (a) who is deceased; or
- (ii) the lease supports another part 10 lease granted to the person.

- (B) a person mentioned in paragraph (a) who is deceased; or
