sec.116 Particular dealings in Aboriginal land void
A grant, transfer or other creation of an interest in Aboriginal land in contravention of this part or part 2A or 10 is void. Subsection (1) does not apply to a registered interest. s 116 ins 2011 No. 26 s 61 amd 2014 No. 45 s 11 (sec.116-ssec.1) A grant, transfer or other creation of an interest in Aboriginal land in contravention of this part or part 2A or 10 is void.
