sec.113 Exemption
If a trustee of Aboriginal land transfers all or a part of the land under this division, no fee or charge is payable by the trustee or the entity to whom the land is transferred in relation to lodgement and registration of any instrument in the land registry to give effect to the transfer. s 113 ins 2011 No. 26 s 61
