sec.108 Application of sdiv 2

This subdivision applies to Aboriginal land held by a CATSI corporation. However, this subdivision does not apply to a transfer of Aboriginal land from a registered native title body corporate (the original body corporate ) to another registered native title body corporate that, under the Commonwealth Native Title Act , replaces the original body corporate. s 108 ins 2011 No. 26 s 61 (sec.108-ssec.1) This subdivision applies to Aboriginal land held by a CATSI corporation.
