sec.85 Applying TSILA , s 144 (Mortgage of trustee (Torres Strait Islander) lease)
TSILA , section 144 applies to a relevant lease as if— the lease were a trustee (Torres Strait Islander) lease; and the reference in TSILA , section 144 (2) (a) (iii) to a person entitled under TSILA to a grant of a lease were a reference to a person to whom, under this Act, the lease may be transferred.
- (a) the lease were a trustee (Torres Strait Islander) lease; and
- (b) the reference in TSILA , section 144 (2) (a) (iii) to a person entitled under TSILA to a grant of a lease were a reference to a person to whom, under this Act, the lease may be transferred.
