sec.83 Applying TSILA , s 141 (Relationship with Land Act )
TSILA , section 141 applies for establishing— the relationship between the Land Act and this Act in relation to Torres Strait Islander trust land and a relevant lease; and the status under the Land Act of a relevant lease; in the same way it applies for establishing— the relationship between the Land Act and TSILA in relation to Torres Strait Islander trust land and a trustee (Torres Strait Islander) lease; and the status under the Land Act of a trustee (Torres Strait Islander) lease.
- (a) the relationship between the Land Act and this Act in relation to Torres Strait Islander trust land and a relevant lease; and
- (b) the status under the Land Act of a relevant lease;
- (c) the relationship between the Land Act and TSILA in relation to Torres Strait Islander trust land and a trustee (Torres Strait Islander) lease; and
- (d) the status under the Land Act of a trustee (Torres Strait Islander) lease.
