sec.78 Applying ALA , s 188 (Mortgage of trustee (Aboriginal) lease)
ALA , section 188 applies to a relevant lease as if— the lease were a trustee (Aboriginal) lease; and the reference in ALA , section 188 (2) (a) (iii) to a person entitled under ALA to a grant of a lease were a reference to a person to whom, under this Act, the lease may be transferred.
- (a) the lease were a trustee (Aboriginal) lease; and
- (b) the reference in ALA , section 188 (2) (a) (iii) to a person entitled under ALA to a grant of a lease were a reference to a person to whom, under this Act, the lease may be transferred.
