sec.58 Recording of boundary relocation
The Minister must ensure that a plan of survey, capable of registration in a register kept under the Land Act or Land Title Act , is prepared and registered for the relocation of the boundaries of the lease as provided for in the order of the Land Court on an application under section 53 or 55 . The chief executive, or, as appropriate, the registrar, must make any necessary change in the appropriate register to record— the relocation of the boundaries of the lease; and the amendment of any other interest as provided for in the order of the Land Court under section 54 or 56 . On the registration of the plan of survey— the lessee’s interest in any land that is not included within the relocated boundaries ceases; and the lease land for the 1985 Act granted lease is the land within the relocated boundaries.
