sec.2 Commencement
This Act, other than the following provisions, commences on a day to be fixed by proclamation— part 12 , division 2 , subdivisions 1 and 2 ; part 12 , division 4 ; part 12 , division 10 , subdivisions 1 and 2 .
- (a) part 12 , division 2 , subdivisions 1 and 2 ;
- (b) part 12 , division 4 ;
- (c) part 12 , division 10 , subdivisions 1 and 2 .
